VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.
VAM Systems is currently looking for SAP CRM Developer for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill set required:
At least 5 years’ experience as SAP CRM Developer.
Should have completed at least 3 FLC Implementations as a team lead.
Candidate should have deep knowledge and coding experience in CRM WebUI, CRM ABAP Component Workbench tool, EEWB and AET.
Candidate should have worked on delivering complex CRM technical requirements right from requirements gathering, coding, testing and technical object delivery.
Candidate should have strong SAP CRM functional experience in configuring system, interaction center and customer service.
Candidate should have strong knowledge in utility process frame work (UPF).
Experience in Configuration of Transactions (End to End), Master data in SAP CRM is required.
Experience in GenlL/BOL Programming, Web Requests programming & Transaction launcher is required.
Experience with Email Response Management System (ERMS) & Rule Modular is required.
Candidate should have worked in different phases in testing including SIT, IT, UAT, smoke testing, negative testing and technical testing.
Candidate should have work experience in preparing Configuration documents, Technical & Functional Specifications (WRICEF) documents and User manuals.
Candidate should have experience in SAP Upgrade & SPAU Activity.
Experience in SAP PI/PO is must as interfacing with third party systems and developing interfaces will be a major part of responsibilities.
Strong cross functional SAP expertise with emphasis on materials management, DMS, master data management, customer services areas are essential to the role.
Experience in data migration with hands on in BDC’s & LSMW.
Experience in implementing Smart Metering Solution (integration with MDUS) is plus.
Academic qualification and Certification
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent.
SAP CRM Developer Certification.
SAP Cloud Solution certified is plus.
Scope of Work
The candidate should be able to work on the following activities:
Gathering requirements a. Meeting with SAP core team b. Meeting with SAP coordinators
Preparing functional specifications document a. UML based specifications b. Logical Data Model
Carrying on Development work a. Develop new functionalities to existing SAP environment b. Maintain existing SAP environment
Testing a. Prepare test plans b. Conduct functional testing c. Conduct integration testing
Preparing User Manual
Performing any related jobs as directed by the supervisor.
