| Description |
Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior UI/UX Designer for our UAE operations.
EXPERIENCE
• 4-6 years of experience in UI & UX
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent area
• Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization
• Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and Figma
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
• Knowledge of Agile software development process
• Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus
TECHINCAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology. 50%
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence. 10%
• Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch or other tools for product design. 10%
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping 10%
• Knowledge of Agile software development process 20%

• Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.

• Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers
• Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams
• Research, identify and articulate customer needs
