| Description |
Nair Systems is currently looking for FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst for our Qatar operations Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - At least 7 years of relevant banking experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank. - Experience in Financial Institutions, GTB, Lending, Global Markets, Business Analysis, or Transformation roles. - Exposure to onboarding, cross-sell, operating model, or process improvement initiatives preferred. - Experience supporting multi-product banking environments is advantageous. Required Special Skills: - Strong business analysis and process mapping skills. - Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. - Good understanding of Financial Institutions products and services. - Knowledge of GTB, Lending, Cash Management, and Global Markets solutions. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong reporting and presentation skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred. - Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills. Essential Duties & Responsibilities by Dimensions A. Shareholder & Financial: - Analyse FI client portfolios to identify revenue generation and cross-sell opportunities. - Support development of business cases and initiatives aimed at increasing wallet share and product penetration. - Track performance metrics and support realization of identified commercial benefits. - Implements KPI's and best practices for FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst. - Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity to optimise resources. - Act within the limits of delegated authority. B. Customer (Internal & External): - Support development of client-focused solutions aligned with FI client requirements. - Analyse customer needs, product utilization trends, and service improvement opportunities. - Assist business teams in improving client journeys and service delivery. - To assist customers in all their queries on Bank's products and seek solutions to their requests. - Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Build effective relationships with relevant business, product, and operational teams. - Provide timely and accurate information to auditors, compliance, and risk functions when required. C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory): - Gather, document, and analyse business requirements (BRDS/BRD) for cross-sell activation initiatives. - Map current-state and target-state processes across onboarding, fulfilment, and monitoring activities. - Support implementation of process optimization and automation opportunities. - Contribute to governance reporting, KPI monitoring, and benefits tracking. - Support adherence to regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements. - Recommend process improvements based on business analysis findings. D. Learning & Knowledge: - Maintain strong understanding of Financial Institutions banking products and operating models. - Develop expertise in business analysis methodologies, process improvement, and requirements management. - Stay informed on developments within GTB, Lending, Cash Management, and Global Markets. - Proactively identify areas for professional development and undertake development activities. - Seek opportunities to remain current with developments in the professional field. E. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities: - Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy). - Understand and effectively perform your role under the Three Lines of Defence principle to identify measure, monitor, manage and report risks. - Ensure systematic good outcomes for clients in accordance with Conduct Risk policy. - Support the framework of RCSA, KRI, Incident reporting and remediation, as appropriate, in accordance with the Operational Risk Management requirements. - Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role. - Complete all mandatory training provided by the Bank, attain, and maintain the required levels of competence. - Attend mandatory (internal and external) seminars as instructed by the Bank. - Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month) Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest at nishanthini.suda@nairsystems.com
