Nair Systems is currently looking for MNC Business Analyst for our Qatar operations Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline. - 5-8 years of relevant experience within Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Treasury Services, Business Analytics, or Business Analysis functions. - Experience working on business analysis, MIS reporting, strategic initiatives, process improvement, or product implementation projects. - Exposure to multinational corporate banking, transaction banking, or cash management businesses is preferred. - Experience preparing management reports, business cases, dashboards, and performance analyses. - Familiarity with cash management products, payments, collections, deposits, and liquidity solutions is desirable. - Experience working in a regional or international banking environment is an advantage. Required Special Skills: - strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization skills. - Strong business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience. - Ability to analyse large datasets and generate actionable business insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Good understanding of Transaction Banking and Cash Management products. - Strong planning, organizational, and project coordination abilities. - Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Results-oriented with strong commercial awareness. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools. - Applicable Group policies, procedures, and operating standards. - Delegated authorities as per the Bank's approved delegation of authority framework. - Global Transaction Banking and Cash Management business strategy. - Approved MNC Cash Mandate growth plans, target client lists, and corridor expansion strategies. - Regulatory requirements governing Cash Management, Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, Deposits, and Transaction Banking activities across relevant jurisdictions. - Approved product programs, service offerings, pricing frameworks, and client onboarding standards. - Bank's Risk Appetite Framework, Operational Risk Framework, Compliance policies, AML/CFT requirements, Sanctions policies, and Data Protection standards. - Technology architecture, approved digital banking platforms, and transaction banking transformation roadmaps. - Established KPIs relating to mandate acquisition, wallet share growth, deposit mobilization, transaction volumes, digital adoption, client onboarding, and service quality. - Governance requirements covering management reporting, business performance tracking, portfolio analytics, and strategic planning activities. - Internal audit, compliance, financial control, and regulatory reporting requirements. - Market, country, and corridor strategies covering Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, UAE, Qatar, and other approved multinational corporate growth markets. - Approved project governance methodologies and business analysis standards for process improvement, digital transformation, and strategic initiatives. - Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards agreed between Corporate Banking, Global Transaction Banking, Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance functions. - Strategic priorities established for enhancing QNB's position as the preferred cash management and transaction banking partner for multinational corporations operating across the region. Essential Duties & Responsibilities by Dimensions: A. Shareholder & Financial: - Support the execution of MNC Cash Mandate growth strategies across Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, and the UAE. - Track and monitor cash mandate pipelines, mandate wins, transaction volumes, deposits, revenue generation, and wallet share growth. - Prepare business performance reports, management dashboards, KPI scorecards, and portfolio analytics. - Assist in identifying new business opportunities, target clients, industry sectors, and growth corridors. - Conduct profitability analysis and wallet share assessments across the MNC portfolio. - Support business cases and strategic initiatives aimed at increasing cash management revenues and deposit growth. - Analyse client transaction behaviours and identify opportunities for cross-selling and wallet expansion. - Monitor business performance against established targets and recommend corrective actions where required. - Ensure timely and accurate management reporting to support strategic decision-making. - Contribute to the implementation of KPIs and best practices within the MNC Cash Mandate business. B. Customer (Internal & External): - Support Coverage and Business Development teams in preparing client analysis, wallet assessments, industry reviews, and mandate pursuit strategies. - Assist in developing client presentations, proposal materials, RFP responses, and business pitches. - Conduct research on multinational clients, treasury structures, banking relationships, and transaction banking opportunities. - Support client onboarding and implementation processes for newly acquired mandates. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of client requests and onboarding activities. - Monitor client service levels and identify opportunities to improve client experience. - Build effective working relationships with product, operations, technology, and coverage teams. - Ensure timely resolution and escalation of issues impacting client delivery. - Support preparation of management information required by internal and external stakeholders. C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory): - Analyse cash management processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements. - Support transformation and digitization initiatives related to cash management and transaction banking services. - Assist in documenting business requirements, workflows, process maps, and operating procedures. - Work closely with Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Coverage teams to support project delivery and business initiatives. - Monitor implementation progress of mandate acquisition and onboarding initiatives. - Support UAT testing activities and business acceptance processes for system enhancements and new product capabilities. - Maintain accurate business data and ensure reporting integrity. - Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the MNC Cash Mandate value chain. D. Learning & Knowledge: - Develop and maintain knowledge of Cash Management, Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management, Deposits, Virtual Accounts, and Transaction Banking products. - Stay updated on market trends, treasury management practices, transaction banking developments, and competitor offerings. - Build expertise in multinational corporate treasury operating models and regional transaction banking practices. - Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and support the development of business intelligence capabilities. - Proactively seek learning opportunities relevant to cash management, multinational banking, and transaction banking. - Support the preparation of market intelligence reports, industry analyses, and competitor benchmarking studies. - Contribute to the development of best practices across the MNC Cash Mandate business. E. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities: - Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy). - Understand and effectively perform your role under the Three Lines of Defence principle to identify measure, monitor, manage and report risks. - Ensure systematic good outcomes for clients in accordance with Conduct Risk policy. - Support the framework of RCSA, KRI, Incident reporting and remediation, as appropriate, in accordance with the Operational Risk Management requirements. - Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role. - Complete all mandatory training provided by the Bank, attain, and maintain the required levels of competence. - Attend mandatory (internal and external) seminars as instructed by the Bank.
